Sioux Trails Mental Health Center is a Rule 29 community mental health center that serves the needs of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through child and adult rehabilitative services, outpatient therapy, psychiatry, and school based programs.
We accept most insurance and also have a sliding fee scale for residents of Brown, Sibley, and Watonwan counties.
Sioux Trails currently employees about 42 employees and serves the communities of New Ulm, St. Peter, North Mankato, Gaylord, St. James and surrounding areas.
