St. Peter Winterfest takes place annually in late January and early February and is coordinated by the St. Peter Area Chamber of Commerce.

Fri., January 31
- Winterfest Opening Ceremony Party (free and open to all ages)
- 5:01 p.m. in Levee Park/St. Peter Area Chamber of Commerce
- Free hot chocolate and s’mores making
- Reading of first Medallion clue at 6:01 p.m.
- Free Medallion Medals to the first 100 participants
- Mini-Medallion Hunt; prizes awarded
- Medallion hunting in Levee Park
Fri., January 31
- Medallion Hunt Starts
- First clue will be posted on this website at 6:01 p.m. January 31
- Prize for finding the medallion is $1,000 in Chamber Bucks
- Special thanks to the St. Peter Tourism & Visitors Bureau for sponsoring the event

- Polar Plunge
- Hallett’s Pond 1 p.m.
- Fundraiser for Minnesota Special Olympics; sponsored by law enforcement
